Hourly On Request IT Support

Xenon Network Systems provides hourly IT support on an as-needed basis. This option is not as effective as our other support options because it tends to be very reactive – you call after the problem (often a crisis) has occurred. The reality is that the majority of IT problems can be prevented with a regular, proactive approach to IT support.

 

Total  IT Management and Support

Our Total IT Management plan provides unlimited, flat rate IT support for your existing network. As a result, our first focus is to make your IT environment as stable as possible over the long-term.

Have a special project?  Our detailed proposals outline the scope of the project, the tasks involved, the timeline and the cost investments required. In general, IT projects are fixed-priced – Xenon Network Systems bears the risk of cost overruns, not our clients. We can handle a variety of IT projects. Here are a few examples of our capabilities:
